Electrical and Instrumentation appentice. work on the gas distribution network operating and maintaining all e&i components to ensure system runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

I enjoy this programme fully in all aspects. I get along with all the other apprentice and trainers. and the benefits i recieve from the company are alot better than i expected.
i feel like i am a valued member of national grids team and structure and feel my manager takes note of the progress i am making throughout.
we recieve a yearly programme and updates for when our courses and training. our course co ordinator keeps in touch with our group every week to ensure everything s going to plan.

they provided us with all accomodation and meals during our training and have 10 weekly reviews to ensure our targets are met.
very well paid, with accomodation and meals all paid for during training and any mileage done for work is paid back to us in expenses.
