Funeral Arranger caring for the deceased and supporting families to provide care and guidance for their loved ones funeral.
Yes totally I have learned how to deal with grieving clients and how to look after a deceased person. Learned all the laws and regulations in the funeral industry and how to be compliant in my job role.
I enjoyed the learning experience and getting to know all the different aspects of the job.
We had our programme running through Covid !9 rules, so found this very difficult.
Lots of support. I was allowed time to study and given the opportunity to work with other colleagues within Funeralcare to have an insight into their job rolls.
My trainer was always there to support me. During such a hard time we had to relate all my training over Zoom and telephone calls.
It provided me with all the knowledge needed to carry out my day to day job in Funerlacare.
Yes we have many local groups we can attend in the community, to support grieving families.
