Supporting the group factories with quality and ensuring that the auditing and technical team and completing tasks to schedule. Quality/ management meetings and full system gap analysis audits
Knowledge of legislation. Team management skills. Laboratory quality and knowledge of the UKAS accreditation and systems. Standards such as BRC, ISO, FSSC, ISCC etc. Knowledge of the companies which include rendering, fat and oil, Category 3, Category 1 etc.
I thoroughly enjoy my job, and wish to progress within the company
It isn't always well structured but this depends on issues that arise etc.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and always have done since moving to the department in 2016
Generally all good depending on the lecturer. 2 in particular were fantastic the others maybe not so much
I don't think it has really reflected well as the course is mainly based on food and I work predominately in the pet food/ feed industry. There were issues where I have had to do stuff that doesnt relate and found it difficult.
Not really but were all close and I have a good group of friends there throughout the 10 years I have worked there.
Yes
I love where I work, yes it is a difficult company at times but we have expectations for employees which is good! People need to pull their weight
If your not here to graft and put effort in then don't bother. You get out what you put in.
