on a day to day basis i fix the machines which assembles the engines. This can be anything from planned maintenance or reactive maintenance.
I have learnt many different skills while still developing my existing ones. For example working with all different machines and tools.

Very well structured and organized from BMW but not as structured from the college you have to work with in your first year.
A lot of support as you are given a mentor on plant where you will have regular meetings to check up on your progress and incase you need any support.
It helps me be able to go for higher roles in the future.
