My work experience was very productfull and helpful as it allowed me to have an insight on what it would be like to work as a solicitor as part of a company. It also helped me learn how to work as a team better and help and work with others.
It helped me with my confidence and my speech and listening skills. It also improved my analytical skills such as when looking through documents. It also helped with my time company and how to make enough time for everything and then myself. It also helped my technology and computer skills
I enjoyed my work experience very much as it helped me understand others and how to work with others.
The structure and organisation of the work experience was perfect as it gave me a schedule and time allocations. The meetings moved swiftly from one to another and explained everything appropriate needed within the meetings. The presentations were also organised very well and helped show everything visually and very well.
I learned how pinsent masons prides itself on making sure there is a place for everyone in which they feel important. I learned that they seek to ensure everyone is in a comfortable atmosphere and are given the time and space to express themselves and share their new personal ideas.
The work experience helped me deciding on my future career path by showing me that apprenticeships are very useful and give you more of a real idea of what to expect later on compared to university or a main stream pathway. It helped me by showing me the different schemes available.
I was not paid for the experience.
There were many oppurtunities to meet and network with others. Meeting with other employees helped me to understand what others though and how they expressed their own opinion. Meeting and working with others in debates and teams helped me learn how to listen and work with others when arguing the case.
Yes
I would recommend them to someone else as they helped show me what law was really about and why i wanted to do this as a career
To have an open mind and not expect anything as this would prevent you from gaining the real enjoyful experience at pinsent masons
