Completing technical drawings from the estimating teams quote, Helping with customer queries about drawings or information provided, often changing drawings to suit the customers needs. Helping around the office with printing / scanning of drawings for the engineering team.
I have learnt new software in Bentley Promis-e, Keeping up to date with my previous knowledge in Microsoft office
It is excellent to work around my current team the environment is everything I could want and colleagues are helpful with advising me if ever unsure on an issue or situation.
In my programme have gone around the site locating in different departments to gain knowledge needed for my technical support job, this currently is helping me with drawings as I can now acknowledge issues or errors that aren't obvious and pick up on them prior to releasing them.
I receive lots of support in regards to my training and better understanding of the job that I am doing.
I receive lots of support in completing my training even allowing a day off in the week to complete a course and attend college.
The training provided helped me gain a basic understanding of electronic principles of which I can correlate to the job in which I do.
There are social activities to get involved in that are organised by both the company and the employees on the site.
