  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy my programme and the people I work with are a big contributor to this. The role and programme are fun and creative and every day is different. I am given autonomy and respect and I am trusted to complete my work to a good standard. The job and content of the programme is also interesting

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is well organised but we also have a lot of freedom in our learning. I have access to a learning zone where all the content is available for whenever I wish to complete it. It is set out weekly and has resources applicable to the task that week. I also have a monthly tutorial with my tutor who can help me with anything I may be struggling with

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification is PR and communications and a lot of my role is communications, creating them, sending them and tracking the stats. PR helps me in my role as I work on a lot of projects which have similar features to a PR plan so it has helped me in understanding the end to end process.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

  • 9a. Would you recommend Sage to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The company culture is unlike so many businesses. People are supported in their role and there is always a chance to progress and network, even move around the company if needed. The people at Sage are so supportive too and friendly and everyone is willing to help each other succeed.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sage?
  • To know that a lot of the time the most important thing they're looking for is the type of person you are so be yourself, open to activities and questions, friendly as this will stand out to them. Take time to research Sage, what we do and what we're involved in to show an interest in the job and company
