On a day to day basis we are expected to learn and train on as many packages in my zone as possible to help out and cover anyone if you are needed to do so.
I have developed more skills that I already have learnt previously, such as teamwork, communication and problem solving, these are key skills to have and developed as to work in a team you will need to be able to communicate and work well in teams as you will be working along side other associates that will communicate with you to either ask for you help or if you need to ask for theirs.
So far I have enjoyed most of my apprenticeship there are some aspects that could be improved but overall I have had an enjoyable time.
At the start it wasn't as organised as it could of been as out apprentice leader didn't know that time we were in college or what days we attended, also we didn't have any placements to go on so far.
We have recived some support but i feel like we could of had more but as the new people aare taking over we have had more support which makes me feel more appreciated and see more as an equal.
we received lots of support from Chichester college they were always there to help and we have completed out college work with no issues as they would help us with anything you need
There are some extra curricular activates, but we haven't be told about any since we start.
Yes
I have enjoyed my time here.
be prepared to do shift work
