My role involves greeting customers, serving on the bar, expo, running food and x Clearing tables

I am learning new skills such as leadership and also gaining a more in depth knowledge of the financial terminology.

I am enjoying the programme a lot and learning new information

I feel it is very well structured and easily accessible

A bit of support where possible due to how busy we are

I think it will definitely help me in the future as I progress into a management role

We have regular team meetings, team whatsapp and a team facebook page
