  • I have learnt new skills, such as a better understanding of my job role and how to have proper open discussions with team members. I have developed existing skills, such as new ways of talking to team members and guests.

  • Always there when needed but can sometimes take awhile for me to be able to get the right information.

  • Every time when we have a one to one discussion I always receive the right information and the right questions are asked in order for me to learn and be able to answer appropriately.

  • Going forward within the company and possibly with a future company would be really good. I have learnt a great deal more since starting this apprenticeship and feel better able to do my job.
