Starting the business, closing the business, day to day running of the business, liquor stock, customer service, dealing with complaints, operating the tills, employee satisfaction etc.
I have learnt new skills, such as a better understanding of my job role and how to have proper open discussions with team members. I have developed existing skills, such as new ways of talking to team members and guests.

Very well organised, I’m always kept up to date and [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is always full of knowledge. I always have an interesting story to relate to the topics.
Always there when needed but can sometimes take awhile for me to be able to get the right information.
Every time when we have a one to one discussion I always receive the right information and the right questions are asked in order for me to learn and be able to answer appropriately.
Going forward within the company and possibly with a future company would be really good. I have learnt a great deal more since starting this apprenticeship and feel better able to do my job.
