  • Dealing with business customers over the phone. Solving customer queries. Speaking to internal teams to help find answers for the customers. Daily meetings with my team

  • My confidence is definitely growing. I have increased my communication skills

  • I enjoy it, it can be hard at times but we are given lots of time to work on the apprenticeship and lots of support.

  • Very. We have time out from our jobs to complete tasks, we have a schedule and we are all aware of what needs to be done and when

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Alot. They are always willing to support us or provide anything we need. We are given more than than i thought to work on our apprenticeship. I feel very supported.

  • They respond quickly to emails and answer all the questions i ask.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It givens me more skills that i can use in the job and work on to better myself.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is a workplace facebook which allows you to network. There hasnt been any extra curricular activities planned yet as far as im aware of.

  • Yes

  • Its a great organization where you are valued as a member of staff.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • To be curious and not scared to ask questions. To not judge it at first glance, at first it is challenging but it gets easier and you get used to the job.
