Yes, I've learned some SQL and i've expanded my knowledge of visual basic and skills within excel.
I really enjoy my programme as I enjoy the work that i've been given and the trust that has been placed in me to complete it. Also the team that I am placed in is very supportive and friendly.
I would say it is loosely structured but personally I enjoy that as I feel like even as an apprentice I am treated as a member of the team who is responsible to get their assigned work done.
I have an overwhelming amount of support available to me either from my manager, my colleagues or from other sources within the company.
I feel that I receive an adequate amount of support from my training provider when I am on training courses and when we meet up to sort out the required documents.
The first course that I was on I felt it wasn't entirely relevant to my role but the second one definitely was and I can see myself using these skills that I learned.
The bank offers the unique opportunity to get involved in volunteering for causes and these are able to be done up to three days a year.
