(Currently in training) Attending team meetings - learning how to work agile. Analysing current journeys, their pain points and potential solutions to solve them. Gathering requirements from stakeholders. Creating wireframes and visual designs. Presenting those designs and applying feedback. Completing assignments and portfolio based off my work for university.
I've learnt: How to use new software (jira, leankit, figma) Improved my presentation and public speaking skills How to work agile and what each member does How to approach a problem (highlighting pain points etc) Improved my writing skills through uni assignments
I enjoy my program a lot. I can easily say it's the best job I've ever had. The blend of education with work is ideal and what I learn during uni helps me with my understanding at work.
Fairly well. At first there was a lot of confusion but now I know what is expected of me at work and uni
A lot, my manager is approachable and very helpful
During the first module, we didn't receive much support. Now the second module has started recently, we have been assigned skill coaches so we now have someone to reach out to for support.
Not that I'm aware of
Yes
My manager is approachable and easy to talk to. Everyone is happy to help out with training/ support. There's room for development.
