- i have developed my skills when it comes to talking to people and engaging with customers in a professional setting, i have become more eloquent with my language and speaking skills. i have developed a range of skills ranging from IT to people skills,
i enjoy the programme quite a lot, it allows me to uncover and discover new skills that i didn't know i was capable of and also allows me to become more confident.
The program from BPP could be better, i think sometimes more support is needed in certain aspects to help develop our skills, i think i get more support from my work colleagues than i do from BPP,
Everyone is incredibly helpful and very patient. i have received support from the get go and have been able to freely ask questions and queries no matter how silly and felt welcomed. I have been able to shadow more experience colleagues and they have provided me with great support.
Right now since it is early days it is a little hard to say,
i think more learning on the job so far has helped.
there are plenty, but i just haven't had the chance to get involved.
