Managing emails and taking phone calls when necessary to aid the advice line when busy
time management, case load management also started human resource course
enjoying it immensely, so much support from colleagues and managers
orgainsed some confusion from studying provider as role is not a traditional HR role

a lot of the time we have the lectures and we have to get on with asssignement that we dont fully understand. this role is new so no experience and study is geared to those with work experience
