i am a leathershop apprentice so i do placements within the leathershop so i can also explore other deparments but mainly leather specific
i have learnt to be confident and learn to adapt to new roles fast
i really do enjoy working at rolls royce
there are some parts which make it unstructured like distrupted placement plans
there is tons of support avaliable from multiple employees everyone is there to help
the relation to work and college is miniscule so its hard to relate them and recieve help
i dont feel that my qualification correlates to my work place
there are opportunities to attend careers fairs to promote the apprenticeship, events orking with schools, sports club
Yes
overall ive had a great experience with rolls royce as a company with so many benefits
the process is long but worth the wait (around 8 months) . theres no need to be nervous!!
