I visit manufacturing & engineering related departments and learn the technical functions, roles, and responsibilities of the department. Helping out and taking on small projects and tasks where I am able to.
yes. i have learned to use CAD and Simulation/modelling software. i have learned to use many MO applications in my day to day activities. i have been developing my skills in presenting (presentations).
i enjoy being an apprentice a lot
it is well organised
i receive plenty of support
i receive enough support but it is limited due to being at uni only one day a week and being in seminars all day. maybe an improvement would be scheduling a free afternoon from work once a week to catch up with tutors/ plan studies/ get more help.
Very well, there is a lot of related learning from my course that i see in my real working world

Its a fantastic place to work, there is great support available, the best training, great people and personalities, plenty of different workstreams for all who are interested
Talk about a project you really enjoyed doing in your interview! especially if its building or assembly related - perfect for Rolls-royce !
