On a day to day basis I need to take calls from customers, write notes about any cases I have opened throughout the day and checking my schedule to ensure I am on track.
I have learnt how to deal with unhappy customers, as well as how to stay calm and patient in these situations.
I enjoy my programme quite a lot because I am able to speak to new people every day.
My programme is very well organized and I always have something to do.
I receive a lot of support from my employer whenever I need it.
My training provider gives me a lot of support when working towards my qualifications.
I think it helps me a lot to develop through my role.
There is always something to get involved in throughout my workplace.
