I work on a client project 4 of the 5 work days. This involves reporting, analysing and solving technical issues, and collaborating with others.
Yes I've learned technical skills, such as shell scripting, and improved my SQL.
I really enjoy my day-to-day role.
My employer listens and helps when issues have occurred with the learning provider.
My training helps me to understand the theory behind what I do, and understand important aspects such as security.

Accenture has a great culture and they're very inclusive, which is refreshing for a workplace. There's also the option to move between different projects and specialise in a wide range of subject areas.
Be outgoing and friendly, and prepare beforehand for any technical questions. Technical knowledge may not always be necessary but a demonstrating a willingness to learn really helps.
