Repairing damaged cars using many different techniques I have learnt during my apprenticeship
I have learnt many new skills during my apprenticeship, not only practical ones but life skills and communication skills within the workplace
I have somewhat enjoyed my programme however I have been neglected during the majority of the process and missed a main person or team to go to talk to
The first year was somewhat organised however my second and third years have been almost entirely structured by myself
I did not receive any support from my employer up until recently where a lot of good changes have taken place
My college keep regular contact however have ignored some messages from myself regarding support. Overall the best support i have had during my apprenticeship.
My college course is relevant and does help however i feel i learn more during my day to day role
I did not know of any up until recently
No
I would recommend certain apprenticeships but not necessarily my one as i didnt receive enough support.
Take great consideration in the type of apprenticeship you apply for
