  • My role involves learning the processes of how the plant works and trying to learn them for myself

  • yes, i have learnt how to problem solve a lot better and have a better understanding of how the engineering role operates

  • I have been obsessed with cars for as long as I can remember and working where I work never leaves my without a day of enjoyment

  • Fairly well organized, There have been quite a few things where I have felt I have been left out or had to chase up.

  • I receive a good amount of support from my employer but not as much as I thought I would

  • I receive a very helpful amount from my training provider towards the goals i need and want to achieve

  • The qualification I am learning has really helped my perform better in my roll. i understand mechanical things and how to work a lot more efficiently from the qualification I am learning

  • There are social activities available to me but I have only been aware of them today

  • because its a once in a life time opportunity and not many people can say they have been a part of it


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • Its hard at the start having to learn lots of new tasks but its worth it in the end
