My role as a receptionist is the first welcome the guest hace as soon as they come in and last good bye, make sure there room is ready and they have everything they need, get them booking in for breakfast o dinner and get there car reg, and any complaints they have o questions as well
Learnt how to deal with complaints and group bookings and sorting out linen count and rejects and more housekeeping role
I did enjoy it, gives me that extra confidence to do my job correctly
More structure now as I get feedback I need to progress
