I am a shift manager at McDonald’s, I’m I. Charge of running shifts in a daily basis. Control cash, reading figures and reaching goals
Yes, I have learnt allot of different leadership styles and some work place legestations
I think it is good when I’m doing it, but I would much rather it not be over zoom. However I understand that is the most convenient way and it does work.
