  • I am a shift manager at McDonald’s, I’m I. Charge of running shifts in a daily basis. Control cash, reading figures and reaching goals

  • Yes, I have learnt allot of different leadership styles and some work place legestations

  • I think it is good when I’m doing it, but I would much rather it not be over zoom. However I understand that is the most convenient way and it does work.

  • I would say my employer doesn’t support us.

  • I would say’s it’s good info to know but allot of it is different when it comes to putting it into practice.

  • Not really, they do happen. But not a lot at all.

  • Good job security and can get good hrs, pay is okay.
