Ensuring that the daily health and safety, and hygiene and food safety checks are done and all procedures are in place through observing and coaching the team. Completing different administration jobs, i.e. hiring and recruitment, inventory counts, staff scheduling, etc, and meeting the deadlines.
Understand the finance aspect of the business through learning P&L in depth. Developed my mentoring skills by spending more time with the different members of my team and learned how to approach leadership according to individual and/or situation.
I enjoy it very much as it helps me put the theory in life and see which one works more effectively and efficiently.
