I am a people manager. This involves checking on the wellbeing of staff, gathering and presenting of reports. Hiring and turnoverover figures, training.
Yes I have learnt new skills however found it difficult at times
I have been enjoying strengthening my knowledge on the legal stuff.
I feel like it is a one size is meant to fit all programme and programmes like this don't always work for everyone. I've struggled with this as this is not the easiest way for me to learn.
I don't receive a lot of support from my coach within my work. But I also believe that's down to him not knowing the course himself nor had any training on being a coach.
Like I said before, I feel like it is a one size fits all programme and I have struggled. I had a bereavement in my family and they were very good to me, giving me extentions on my assements and things. But I think it needs to be looked at another way of teaching this information.
I do think that this would help me better perform my job.
