I am involved in multiple different projects and pieces of work at WTW, some of which are actuarial and some are non-actuarial. I have become more responsible on my client teams throughout my apprenticeship. I work with multiple different colleagues all at different skill levels.
I have learnt multiple new skills, ranging from basic excel skills to more complex actuarial skills used within bespoke software
I have enjoyed the apprenticeship so far, and have found it interesting to work in multiple different areas with multiple colleagues.
The apprenticeship is well organised, with a clear structure that I have followed throughout.
I have received constant support from WTW, and they have always been a good point of contact when I have needed help or support throughout any point of my apprenticeship.
The training provider has provided me with constant support, and helped me to achieve my qualifications.
I feel that I would struggle a lot more to complete my qualification without the training provider, due to the importance in the training material and courses that they provide
There are multiple different extra-curricular activities that I can get involved in. Social events are often organised, and professional events for networking set up yearly.
Yes
The colleagues I have met throughout my work at WTW have all be friendly and always willing to help, and I have built up a strong knowledge whilst working here.
Be yourself, and show compassion for the work you want to do.
