Running operations in the restaurant and overlooking the restaurant whilst on shift. Checking sales patterns and trends and ensuring customers receive good service
I learnt a lot of theory whilst I was practising the practical side on the floor whilst at work.
Very much. It was so nice to study with people who all understood the struggles of being in a senior managerial role.

Sometimes my employer could have provided more support but overall it was a good balance
It’s hard to balance both but my training provider was brilliant.
