  • Running operations in the restaurant and overlooking the restaurant whilst on shift. Checking sales patterns and trends and ensuring customers receive good service

  • I learnt a lot of theory whilst I was practising the practical side on the floor whilst at work.

  • Very much. It was so nice to study with people who all understood the struggles of being in a senior managerial role.

  • It was well structured.

  • Sometimes my employer could have provided more support but overall it was a good balance

  • It’s hard to balance both but my training provider was brilliant.

  • It allows me to have more theory and understanding of the reasons of what to do and how to do it.

  • Great environment really fun to work and absolutely amazing people. It’s so satisfying to break sales records etc
