Day to day my job role can vary alot depending on needs, from day to day organisation and motivation of staff, profit and loss reconsolidation, customer service, food & health safety, fund raising for charity to name a few.
In my role I always aim to be learning new skills or developing exisiting ones to always be the best version of me for my staff and customers.
Iam loving the way the program is challanging the way I view business by making me think of other companies and points of view while always keeping it relevant to my current job role.
Excellent, every aspect is well planned out to make it accessible to people of every level of experience while still challanging everyone equally.
McDonalds has been fantastic, they are always ensuring we have enough support and time to balance course work and work.
There is always someone available to help, and the tutors have been fantastic helping us readjust into the classroom.
The course has been fantastic at making me rethink the things I take for granted as an experienced managers and helps me take a different approach to daily tasks.
There are always plenty extra curricular activities available on campus, and plenty online. It would sometimes help if it was a little clearer which ones where digital and which ones where in person.
Yes
McDonalds has something for everyone, whether your looking for a career or just a part time job that's flexible while you study, or understanding for childcare it caters to everyone.
Be genuine, be confident & remember we are all in it together.
