My role involves cleaning rooms, giving my team briefings before we start, to make sure that they are all working on the same thing and to get the best out of them and to make sure I am professional, dedicated and keep to the brand standards.
I am slowly learning about new things that you need to know when being a head housekeeper. For example, linen management, Ostara and Bart.
I absolutely love my programme! I feel like I am learning so much from it and I am not even a quarter way through it. It is a fun way of learning.
I think it could be a lot more well organised and structured. It should be a bit more simplified to let learners knkw what you have to do next, it is a bit all over the place and confusing but once you understand what you are doing, it is a brilliant programme.
My employer is very supportive, she always asks for updates. She is very supportive when coming to giving me time off work to have my 1 to 1 learning and my meetings.
My training provider, Ryan, has been very supportive and very helpful so far. I am looking forward to working with him.
I definitely find myself more confident, wanting to do more in work and wanting to be more successful since I started my training.
Not really, we have Christmas parties.
