Helping customers and profiling accounts to determine if a customer has been a victim of fraud or if all activity is genuine.
Yes i have learnt lots about how the fraud sector works and more about how the entire banking industry functions
I enjoy the work but it is not a role i would look to continue indefinately

Colleagues are available any time of day to support
Enough support to balance apprentice work with job role
I believe it helps me understand more about the banking industry and helps me fulfil my role to full extent
