Basically I have to clean tables make the food and drives and provide excellent customer service to everyone who comes in by going out my way and making their time their great. I also empty bins , do some till work and communicate with my team to provide a good shift.
I have learn lots of new skills such as how to count the tills and check the safe, new skills in the kitchen and how to cook each product to the correct temperatures. I also developed skills I already had and gained more knowledge in the areas I was stuck on.
I really enjoyed the program as I learnt lots of new skills and developed on existing ones I had. I was given more responsibility’s within my role and worked along side the management team to provide excellent customer service to everyone who entered the building and the existing staff.
It was really well struggled with regular visits and calls to check we was ok with the workload and the tasks set in the store each day. It was also good because the management team were trained to helped us with any help we needed within the store and job.
I recieved lots off support from my employer and team. They all helped me with any questions I was stuck with, helped develop my knowledge off the company and the individual store. I got taught new things I didn’t know about the store such as daily high records and targets.
I recieved lots off support from my trainer. They was always on hand if we needed to talk to them we could email or call them and they would usually respond quite quickly. We was given set deadlines and they chased us for it in the upcoming days to ensure it was done.
I feel it has developed me in the company and made me feel stronger in my day to day job roles. It has helped me feel more confident and speak out more if I need help. It has also made me more confident speaking to new people which I struggled with before

They were Excellent staff and communication, the team were really entausiastic towards helping me gain more confidence and learn new skills. They really feel strong about helping you go up in the company and in your chosen career. They also care about your mental well-being as well as your physical health.
I would advise them to keep on top off the workload to ensure it’s all done on time and to a high standard to stop you falling behind and also don’t just do the course for the sake off it. You need to want to do it as it’s hard.
