For 12 months I would arrive at work and would be directed & sent to a packing station, where I would continuously ask pack single items into a box for a 10 hour shift all day and all week
I learn skills taught by the learning provider through online learning , these could have easily been learnt myself by reading a book, as non of the skills I learnt where applied to job role
Gained a qualification but didn’t enjoy the racial discrimination, and watching others getting more training and development based on ethnic background
In the work place - nobody knew anything about the apprenticeship, it was like talking to yourself. The online learning was the only learning that was organised
After complaining and highlighting the discrimination there was some support, but not much, if I was born a different skin colour there would have been more help in training
There normal amount as the online learning was quite easy and the only training provided
It’s quite useless if your stuck on a packing station for over a year watching others being rotated and trained based of skin colour

If your Asian or black there aren’t many opportunities as those of white English & European are favoured for training & developement .
