My role within the company is to lead the team when on shift. I am also responsible for opening and closing the restaurant and completing managerial tasks whilst on shift.
Learnt more in depth office side relating to financial loss, kpis etc
My lifetime coach is really supportive and is their to guide me
Really organised with lots of resources and tools available
It's minimal at the minute due to difficulties
100% can't fault my trainer, very supportive and pushes me and helps when I lose motivation
It's going to make me more confident not just as a manager but as an individual aswel
