I am a HR Apprentice and have been given so many opportunities to get involved in various activities , such as assisting Advisors in emloyee relation cases, employee engagement groups and working closely with the business on various a projects to improve experiences.

Increased confidence, business insight and accument, employment law

My team is very supportive and respectful especially when I have deadlines. They always ask if I have capcaity to help on certain projects

Loads, not just from my line managerr but across the HR function

Tutor is great

Working has provided greater clarity and understanding of the apprenticeship and increased my skills
