I am a HR Apprentice and have been given so many opportunities to get involved in various activities , such as assisting Advisors in emloyee relation cases, employee engagement groups and working closely with the business on various a projects to improve experiences.
Increased confidence, business insight and accument, employment law
My team is very supportive and respectful especially when I have deadlines. They always ask if I have capcaity to help on certain projects
