My employer is only ever a phonecall away if I need assistance or support with anything. She helped with my shifts so that I was able to attend all of my meetings and also advised me on anything I was struggling with. Whether personal or professional I knew I could go to my employer for support
I cant fault my training provider. Everything was made so easy and the support I received was excellent. Anything I needed help with I could simply message and get that support. The online learning platform was also a great way of helping me know exactly what I needed and when
It's helped me gain a lot of confidence in my job role and helped me to understand different aspects of it. Its made me think a lot more about my progression in my role and also helped me gain knowledge on the role itself. I feel I'm much better in my job role since doing this qualification
We do a lot of charity fundraising which over the past couple of years has been more difficult due to the pandemic. However before this we would do a lot of social activities to raise funds. We also have regular team meetings which are always more relaxed and feel like a team gathering where we can all get together in a comfortable setting
