The program is excellently distributed from the training provider Babington, however, it is not well organised and structured by Amazon side.
Very well by Babington, not so well by Amazon.

It is fair money, good benefits and i like that we can work 4 days of 10 hours rather then 5 days of 8 hours. However, I wouldn't recommend all the Amazon warehouses I have been working in. In some, people are treated more like a number rather than an individual.
Apply for the Legacy sites, they are well organised and more relaxed. In robotic sites targets are extremely high, very difficult to reach, people cannot socialise because they need to constantly chase targets and overall it makes people depressed.
