Maintenance on aircraft and working on fast turnarounds on the line in T5
I have learnt so many new skills and have improved massively on my hand skills
I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship as it has given me the skills and confidence to carry this job on full time
My programme was organised very well by doing all my exams at the beginning of the apprenticeship so that I could come into the business fully trained ready to work
I always have great support from my managers who will help with any queries I have
They always gave me lots of support and extra training if I needed it to help me with exams
They gave me the knowledge to help pass all my exams that are relevant to learn about my job role so I understand how the aircraft work
My shift has a 5 a side team that we play football with on the night of our second day shift
Yes
They are a brilliant company and I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship
Put in all your efforts to pass exams first time so you don’t become overwhelmed with resists
