Conducting theory and practical training before completing assessed pieces of work followed by a write up and knowledge questions on the module being conducted. further education lessons are carried out providing the education we need to cover the unit before being issued an assignment. i am responsible for my punctuality
I have developed a number of skills so far in terms of professional skills as I've progressed through my sections due to being able to attempt and learn skills and techniques I have not previously had access to. I have also learnt the importance of proper citation and how to use Harvard referencing with further education
for the first time in a long time I am working with a driven and diverse group of people working towards a similar goal. So far all of my skills coaches and line managers have been incredibly approachable and willing to help in any way they can. I'm really enjoying my apprenticeship
Even with the COVID-19 pandemic our induction was very well actioned with the business readily adapting the first few months of the course in line with the global situation. my tutors and mentors have been more than willing to assist as and when i need it with a clear line to follow if i need anything
my skills coaches and line managers have provided me with all the support I've required conducting periodic check ins to assess my progress and to check if any further assistance is required. The admin team have been great liaising with me and sourcing safety equipment specifically to fit me.

It's a fantastic place to work
there are a large number of people applying for the same role as such there can be long periods of time without updates on how your application is going but this is more than understandable
