As a first year apprentice the day to day roles are training based, getting familiar with different machines and working practices within the company whilst also attending college days.
You learn and develop new skills on a daily basis.
The programme pushes you to do things you wouldn't usually do on a day to day basis so no days are the same. this is an enjoyable aspect of the apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship is structed really well with there always being something to do.
The employer offers you all the support you require to successfully complete any tasks needed. if you need help all you have to do is ask.
I receive a decent amount of support as I ask for clarification and understanding on topics.
The qualification gives a better understanding of the role and the equipment being used.
Yes there is a multitude of activities you can get involved in you just need to ask.
Yes
