My role is 'food technologist' which involves running trials involving both new or existing product development. My job also involves admin/deskwork.
I have learnt multiple new skills as well as developing existing skills I had such as communication, time management, organisation and planning and formal 'people' skills.
I am thoroughly enjoying this programme. I believe this is because both my company, Mondelez, and the training provider, Nottingham Trent University, are great institutions that provide multiple opportunities and support.
On both the training provider and work side, the programme is well structured with a clear plan of the remainder of the programme.
The support from my employer is great, the company itself also provides multiple communication services if an employer is having an issue.
I receive a great amount of support from my training provider, with any projects to dow ith my qualifications.
Studying towards my qualification directly impacts my job as a large majority of the topics studied are applicable to events in my role.
There are multiple social activities that employees can get involved in at work.
