Receiving college tuition, and completing work off the back of which, as well as attending meetings.
I have enhanced my abilities to use software such as TEAMs and learned about marketing concepts.
To a very limited extent.
The organisation has been largely poor. There has been no plan to integrate me into working for/alongside the team I was assigned to and I am yet to contribute to a project.
Varied support. Those in the early career/HR departments can't do enough for colleagues, but the support received from my superiors has been very limited.
A great deal. The training provider has been very helpful and enlightening.
The qualification provides a great base-level knowledge for my specific area, but, of course, is limited in how much it helps me perform my role.
