Checking in guests, checking financial payments and discount logs, following brand standards, room checking the rooms to high standard qualities, dealing with complaints and feedback calm and professionally. Follow daily check lists to ensure all jobs completed. Complete cleaning around the hotel including the reception to exceed guests first impressions
I have learnt in more depth about my role and how to go out it. I have more knowledge about the importance of the checks i complete and how to fix any issues with them. I have more knowledge about the financial side of the hospitality industry and the importance of gaining our profits.
I am keeping motivated and pushing me to complete the programme knowing i will gain a lot more knowledge. I know from this, i will be a more professional and motivated employee and know that i will be able to promote in the industry, opening up my opportunities in this role
I find the programme really easy to use and find things easily. It is really easy to communicate to my assessor and find everything i need to work towards my apprenticeship. I know it has all the information and i can track where i am at and where to improve
I know my employer is only a message away. I have already been given support and advice with my apprenticeship and she has explained things to make it more easier to continue with my work. She is always here for me and i know i can go to her if i need help
She is always messaging to see if i need any support and giving me extra help and where to improve on my answers with more details where i can. She is a professional and kind person and I know she is there if i need any support which is extremely helpful for me
I have been taught from this apprenticeship things i knew already but in so much more details and ways to do things i didnt know before. I am learning more about becoming a supervisor which is what i wish for my future and its giving me that opportunity from the work provided
I have access to online video supports on different sections of the apprenticeship and i can log this for my off the job hours. It opens up the chance to go to different sites with more knowledge and feel confident supporting other premier inns when they need support with lack of staff

They support you and encourage you do to your best. They provide you with the best training and offer you the chance to do apprenticeships to boost your role even further. The staff at premier inn is like your own little family so we have support from everywhere during your role
Ensure you can be prepared to work in a face paced environment especially during the races/sales seasons. We have to stay professional and know how to deal with drunk guests at times and also how to deal with complaints, wanting early or late check ins/outs.know how to support and respect everyone
