I would recommend Premie Inn to a friend as it offered equal pay despite age, as well as the potential to further your education and grow within the company. You also have a choice of departments to chose from.
My advice would be to be involved with the company, to find out as much as you can about the organisation. This gives you a better understanding of the company your working for, gives you the opportunity to strive and get the best out of yourself and feel proud.
