My role requires me to work on projects that are designed to enhance the way staff help their customers in the Branch environment.
Making decisions from a strategic perspective, including some professional courses on Agile method of managing projects. The biggest learn in my role has been to manage senior stakeholders.
The programme I am part of has been really good for providing practical tools that I have been able to take back into my role at work and I enjoy that aspect very much.
The training provided is excellent and there is plenty of day to day support that is provided from colleagues as and when required. The team and wider colleagues are supportive of the apprenticeship and in doing so are accepting of the time I require to spend on the apprenticeship.
Plenty support is provided from my employer. The most important thing is that they make themselves available and it is up to me to make the contact and follow it through.
Plenty of support is available and lecturers are more than willing to answer any questions that I have. My Apprenticeship tutor is also really supportive in helping me put my evidence together for the KSBs that need to be demostrated.
As an aspiring leader, the content I have been learning from the apprenticeship has been paramount to my development. It has enabled me to have a better understanding and appreciation of the strategic direction and how I can play a key role.
No but there are plenty of extra-curricular activities available at the choice of each individual.
