  • Really enjoy it and the content, have loved learning to learn again.

  • I have found content to be delayed sometimes and after the programme has started. It has come a little too late and I have lost time not being confident in what is expected.

  • Reasonable. I am at liberty to exercise my time freely to accomplish what is needed.

  • Always available to support. Specifically around schedule. Helping me achieve a better balance to the theory tasks required.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Much. I have become a better team leader learning what I have done about coaching. I can see the benefits and have a better understanding of the theories that i never had before.

  • yes lots. Always have been. Social media, team events. Wellbeing groups.

  • i am tenure 17 years. I have a love for the organisation and what I have achieved here and being able to complete the apprenticeship only builds my recommendation.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to HSBC?
  • Depends on the role. Fundamentally come with the customer in mind no matter what role you apply for we are actively seeking to deliver for our customers. Bring that experience or desire and you will be very successful.
