Managing people and the branch including coaching, planning and supporting others.
Both developed and learned new skills.
Mixed feelings, to begin I found it very challenging to balance time to study and work but now much better.
There have been a few changes in recent months which have greatly improved the structure of the programme. I feel some of the initial learning needed to come out in a different order to ain in understanding of what was expected.
Loads, my manager is highly supportive of the programme and is looking forward to seeing my coaching in action.
My training advisor is brilliant and is always there to support me. The recent change to the VILT instructor has been a massive improvement also.
At the moment most of it is study. It certainly helps me to think more and I am certain when we start the coaching it will have a massive impact.
They are starting to come back following covid.
