Operational management of a branch.
Yes I have. Stakeholder management, customer service and project management.
I really enjoy my programme. It's challenging, insightful and the theory can be practiced.
Pretty good. Structured ILT and monthly check ins with a skills coach.
Lots. 20% of my time ion-the-job is dedicated to study.
A lot - good feedback in regard to meeting the objectives of reports, check in's and excellent facilitators.
I can apply the learning straight away.
