I attend meetings on a daily basis where the wider team will discuss our performance and what blockers or challenges that we may be experiencing. There are project meetings that I attend. Work on strategy, analyse MI and look at how we can improve customer journey
I have developed my writing, presentation and analysis skills. The skills that I have learnt are transferrable and allow me to help and develop others.
I enjoy the program very much, it is a great opportunity to network, gain knowledge skills and exposure to different jobs and departments. The degree allows me to see and assess things differently and understand better.
I feel as though the program could be organised slightly better as there is contradicting information and it takes a long time to get sometimes simple things answered and resolved. The structure however is good.
There is lot of support available from the employer. There are various different organisations and teams both internal and external that we have access to as well as managers and each other
The university does provide a lot of support as well as Kaplan as we have a talent coach assigned to us and I am able to reach out to her when I require support to which she is very helpful
The degree has allowed me to assess things differently and I am able to apply my knowledge to the role. I have been able to teach others in the team and get involved in projects or assist colleagues that require help
There are volunteering events that we are able to put our names forward for such as promoting the apprenticeship, meeting with local MPs, support on work experience workshops as well as any external volunteering we would like to do.
Yes
The teams are great to work in there are many skills and knowledge to be gained as well as support available as everyone wants each other to develop and progress.
Be yourself and do not be afraid to fail. It is all part of the journey and you will only learn from it. Ask questions and reach out, everyone is very welcoming and supportive.
