My role covers EU Fulfilment Centre training for 2 sites with over 700 people on site combined. I am responsible for execution and planning of compliance, development and refresher trainings.
Developing existing skills and expanding my knowledge of learning and development at a higher level.
Loads, its such a great learning experience.
Very much so, sessions are planned well and there is flexibility where required.
Amazing, my line manager has been brilliant in helping me get set up and started.
My training provider (ESP Education and Skills Partnership "not listed") are amazing at communicating and feeding back expectations.
It gives me a much better view at a high level of the requirements of people in my role at a higher level.
