I control what i do in my day, its very independent, I speak t my customers, new customers and my teams around me on a daily basis.

I have learnt so many new skills and developed many as well, i have developed my teamwork skills by working with so many different people on a daily basis.

I absolutely love my programme, i learn and do so many different things. I cant wait for the rest of my programme.

Very organised, everything has a deadline and i am reminded constantly. everything is scheduled around us/me

Softcat are the best employer for this, they give me time to complete my course and also give me so much support throughout.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

they are there all the time during my working day if i need any help if im completing any of the courses. i have had many out of no where 1-2-1 which have been very useful.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

All skills learnt have been used on a daily when working in my sales role. this shows how useful it is for my job.

many different activities, always on a weekly there are networking events also sports teams are very big in Softcat.

Been so good since the start, i have so much support, do a job I'm very interested in and have a lot of fun whilst doing it.

Be fun, confident, respectful and be yourself when applying, here at Softcat you can only really do well if you are yourself and just be positive and interested in our company.
